Samsung, Acer, Toshiba And Asustek All Gearing Up For Tegra 2 Tablets?

NVIDIA’s Tegra 2 System-on-Chip (SoC) components are becoming increasingly popular, especially since many companies out there are preparing their tablets for 2011. Word is going around the Acer, Asustek, Toshiba and Samsung are all developing tablets based on the platform. Recent Tegra 2-based tablets are already shipping such as the eLocity A7 and the Advent Vega  and the Notion Ink Adam is already available for pre-order. Of course, considering that the chip features strong graphics performance, it’s no surprise that manufacturers out there are looking to utilize it to gain an upper hand against the competition.
